Burning Man 2015: Don’t Forget Your Tickets from the Boys @Comfort_and_Joy

I scored one through the directed camp sale earlier this week, but getting your hands on tickets for Burning Man can be more difficult than getting your virginity back (and who would want to do that??). The lovely boys at Comfort and Joy bring us the ultimate ticket-buying guide for the event:

Oh snap! Just as 2014 dust was about to settle, the 2015 whiteout is already here. Are you ready to return for the Carnival of Mirrors? Are you eager to jump into the giant sandbox for the first time? First thing first, let’s get the ticket situation sorted. As we all know, these prized tickets are elusive until you get them in your hands. Now, let’s get radically self-reliant and get down to it.

Some basic facts and important reminders on tickets…

Pre-Sales tickets has passed and gone. Oh, well…

Directed Group Sales tickets is completed earlier this week. We are glad to report that we have secured enough tickets for organizing members of Comfort & Joy, which means we will have the bright neon beacon of the gayborhood, the C&J Village, returning to the playa. Glitterdone!
Individual Sales tickets  <<<=== COMING UP

Register from 12pm (noon) PST, Wednesday, February 11, 2015 until 12pm (noon) PST, Saturday, February 14, 2015. Participation in the Individual Sale requires registration.

The first-come, first-served sale starts at 12pm (noon) PST on Wednesday, February 18, 2015. Here’s where you sit in front of your puter, click away and wait patiently. It will all be worth it. Trust!
40,000 tickets at $390 each, and 12,000 vehicle passes available at $50 each, plus applicable fees.
You can buy a maximum of two (2) tickets and one (1) vehicle pass.

Low Income Ticket <<<=== COMING UP
Application opens Wednesday, March 4, 2015. Apply early if you’d like to be considered for low income ticket.

If you don’t get a ticket via the individual sales or the low income ticket, there are two other opportunities to secure your entry into the dust – the STEP program and the OMG sales. We’ll worry about that later. For more information, READ HERE.

DON’T FORGET!

Register for Individual Sales tickets by 12 noon PST, Saturday Feb 14. 

Then, get in the cyber queue for first-come, first-served sales starting at 12 noon PST, Wednesday Feb 18.
