I had the opportunity this weekend to meet the mom I always wished that I had – Florence Henderson. In fact, I gushed all over her. And I told her I loved her as much as my own Mom. Embarrassing. It was awesome to meet an entertainment legend.
Florence was in town as part of the annual Sketchfest and read Mr. T’s life story as a member of the cast of “Celebrity Autobiography.” If you don’t understand what I just said, Google the show.
By the way, the gash on my forehead was the result of a fall while being mugged the night before. Embarrassing.
