Gay actor Chad Allen takes part in a video from ImFromDriftwood.com – in California for the 10th annual AIDS/LifeCycle, a bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles raising money for HIV/AIDS. As you may remember, Rich and I did the ride in 2009 and plan to do so again in 2012. I actually skinny-dipped with Chad Allen on Day 3 of the ride. Chad tells the story of how the AIDS Life/Cycle brought his father and him closer than ever before.
If you haven’t participated, please consider doing so. Training is a bitch but the ride is one of those events you will never forget. The year we rode, we raised over $10 million for the cause.
