Wow, what a clever rendition. I wonder if I can get this on my iPod. Seriously, though, how pathetic. Such hate and vitriol from this family. Some say that they are the best thing for gay rights (you’re either with them or with us) … but seriously! That’s a lot to stomach.

The Phelps clan actually craves free publicity like this. (They even come out and say so on their blog.) The best thing that can be done about them is to totally ignore them, IMHO. If a tree falls in the forest and no one is there to hear it, does it make a sound? What if these people picketed and nobody showed up? Would they be heard?
Clever lyrics, I guess, but wow, what a waste of time. God bless the Westboro Baptist Church — God knows they need it.
I’m not a biblical expert, so perhaps someone can tell me where in the New Testament that Jesus taught us to hate with our entire heart.

I kind of went along with Jeremy – I could not watch this. It is too painful. I know it is there but it is too ugly a tar baby to touch.
