I once had a mishap when I had left a spot of honey on my breast after my morning tea and was ravaged by a sex crazed bear at “The Eagle” in Providence RI after one of my shows.

Bears are great, but I think not without qualifications. I don’t think that bears for the most part are all that accepting of their OWN bodies. Most bears I meet like larger guys (most are explicit in saying they don’t want someone, ahem, enormous). But I think they are more genuine and sweet. I wish I had a camera with me all day so I could photo all the hot bears walking around the castro. Sigh. And if you can’t grow a beard, don’t. No one will think less of you.

I love hairy guys as well, just not BIG HUGE OLD ones. I totally agree with Adam that it’s refreshing how much less attitude they have as opposed to some of the bar queens out there.

Sounds like you’re settling right in with all the bears. That photo is hilarious! There’s an old guy getting a blowjob on the side of the pool, and this guy like 7 inches away acting like he has no idea what’s going on beside him. And then there are some threesomes and foursomes going on in the water.

When they start shooting their loads, that pool is going to be a filthy mess. Gross. And this one guy is swigging a drink on the steps of the pool, completely unphased by the fuckfest. I assumed it was beer but wouldn’t it be funny if it were just a Sprite or root beer?

I heart bears too. Whenever we go to the eagle here in dallas we wind up actually speaking to people. The bear community has a certain come as you are attitude that is totally refreshing in confront of the hyper glam uber gucci-prada scene of the mega thumpa thumpa club. Hooray for bears and hooray for beards!

That picture is just gross and not because of the people. Do you see how murky the water is!? Gross.
